Well we chickened out last night , we could hear the tapping on the side of the boat but did not respond as we're not sure if we are doing more harm than good,other boaters have had the same problem and feed them when they can but the more you do it the more will turn up and we fear they will start to depend on us and as we are due to move this is not good.
We are trying to keep things simple at the moment partly because of the weather and also for economy.
Ali filling the water container for the first of two visits today.
The lamb joint is slow cooking in the pot ,and hot water in the jug, the jug is almost a permanent fixture on there for both cooking , washing up and drinks.
The battery management control panel, this tells us how many volts we are holding in the domestic bank and how many amp hours we have used between charging, it controls the T V watching as we can not charge batteries after 8 pm so not enough juice equals no T V and we need to keep power for more important things like fridge, freezer,and water pumps etc.
Have to say there doesn't seem much on t v when you are selective, consequently we go days without even being tempted to turn it on so we do not miss it.........much...... wait till the new F1 season starts and hear me whinge! .
