Fowl !

Well we now have a bit of a wildlife problem, last night at about  9.00 o'clock I when up to check we were all closed up and found that word had spread along the cut amongst the wild fowl that two twits had opened a late night feeding station, as I looked out we must of had a dozen mallards and two spooky swans, spooky because being white they were hardly visible with the snow background in the dark + their necks were able to reach on to the back of the boat, weaving around my feet, bit like the alien craft in " war of the worlds",  anyway our breakfast was duly handed out again, does anybody know what we can feed them that's better for them than home made bread and bran flakes ?

  Dinette       another multi use area....well things have to be on a boat !

we also have the large main table, this is used for the office , games etc and eating ( we sit at the table more in a week on the boat than we used to in a year when we had a dining room.

The whole thing turns into a second bed too.

We still have snow here, nothing dramatic, just a bit inconvenient , we are wondering how many hungry visitors to expect  tonight.

 We are not going to watch Hitchcock's " The Birds " for a while.
