After yesterdays fun with the boat, spending more time on land than water (why don't they have wheels on the bottom ?) you guessed it -  day of rest! ( get the cleaning kit on standby) Ali is baking bread and I am wandering about, still looking for the b..... leak, it really isn't much but we would like to sort it, today I am concentrating on the shower area, so take cover  Baz has silicone sealer out !
Geoff and Mags have set off for Bugsworth basin a few miles down the cut, we will be moving that way too in a day or so,we hear there is a Tesco right by the cut, so a store cupboard filling trip is coming.

We have a grey day today, even a little rain, we have enjoyed a walk down in the valley by the river, and found a farm shop selling eggs and bacon etc, from their own live stock. The sun is trying to get through the cloud, but we may  have to start the engine to charge the batteries today.
